Terms and conditions of sale

1. Refund Policy

We offer a no arguments full refund If you are unhappy with our products in anyway. We will refund you by cheque once you have returned the print to us. Prints must be returned within 14 days of sale in the same condition that they were sent to you in.

2. Products not covered under our refund policy

Our commissioned art prints and our photo to canvas service cannot be refunded. Due to this being a bespoke service, we cannot offer refunds on these products.

3. Damaged or Lost items

If our prints arrrive damaged in anyway or they do not arrive because the are lost in the post we will send a replacement print within 48 hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of being notified of this, and do our best to resolve the situation.

4. Copyright

All canvas prints, paintings, photographs, images, web design and text remain the copyright of www.right-canvas.co.uk or licensed to www.right-canvas.co.uk, anyone in violation of these rights will be prosecuted.

5. Terms and Conditions for trade customers

All wholesale invoices should be paid within 14 days. For orders over 10 prints we require immediate payment.
